We build the software your business runs on.
Web apps, customer portals, CRMs, internal tools, mobile apps and the connections between them, designed from the ground up around how your business works. We plan it, build it, host it and keep it running.
01 / The business, from inside
Most businesses run on systems nobody planned
From the street, your business looks simple. Inside, the work moves through whatever was at hand when it started: a spreadsheet only one person understands, an inbox doing the job of a CRM, an old system everyone types around, a paper form that gets typed in again on Friday. It works, but every handoff takes someone’s time, and the business can only grow as fast as those handoffs let it.

What we build
We build software from the ground up, starting from how your business works. If your business needs it to run, we design it, build it and run the infrastructure under it.
- 01
Web apps
Software your staff and customers open in a browser, on any device, built around a job your business does every day.
- 02
Customer portals
A place where customers book, order, pay, upload documents or check where their job stands, without calling you.
- 03
CRMs
A customer system shaped to how you sell, with your lead rules, your pipeline stages and the reports you use.
- 04
Internal tools and dashboards
The screens your team lives in all day, for quoting, scheduling, inventory, job tracking and approvals.
- 05
Mobile apps
iPhone and Android apps for your crew in the field, for your customers, or for both.
- 06
Integrations
Connections between the systems you already pay for, so a record typed once shows up everywhere it’s needed.
- 07
E-commerce systems
Stores with the rules your products need, from tax, shipping and labels to subscriptions, wholesale pricing and ordering that runs itself.
- 08
Infrastructure
Hosting, databases, backups, security and monitoring, which we set up and run, so you have one place to call when something needs attention.
If your business needs something that isn’t on this list, ask us.
03 / Two sides, one structure
One system for your customers and your team
Most business software has two sides. Your customers get the screens for booking, ordering, paying and checking on a job, and your team gets the queue, the schedule and the numbers. We build both on one set of records, so when a customer changes an order at night, the crew sees it in the morning and nobody types it twice.
04 / Ground up
Software that follows your day
We start with how your business already works, keep what’s good about it, and remove the steps that only exist because the old tools forced them. Your team gets software that follows the day they already have, so there’s less to learn and less to work around.
05 / Integrations and migrations
It works with what you already use
You don’t have to throw everything out. We connect new software to the tools you already pay for, such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. If a system has an API, we can work with it. When an old system has to go, we move its data across and check every record before anything is switched off.

06 / The steps
How a build goes
- 01
We learn the work.
We sit with you and the people who do the job, and we map every step, every system and every place where something gets typed twice.
- 02
You get a written plan and a price.
It says what we’ll build first, what it will cost and what we’d leave alone, before any build starts. The quote is fixed for that written scope. If you decide to change what we’re building, we quote the change in writing before we do it.
- 03
We build it in working pieces.
We keep the first piece small on purpose so you’re using it early, usually within 4 to 8 weeks, and the plan puts a date on it. Each piece after that adds to something you already have.
- 04
We launch and stay.
We move your data, train your team and keep the software running and improving after it goes live.
07 / Your own number
What the re-typing costs you
Much of the cost of a patchwork system is people copying information from one place to another. Put in your own numbers to see what that adds up to in a year.
08 / Ownership
You own everything we build
Many owners have been here before: a developer disappears, and the software the business depends on goes with them. So the code, the hosting accounts, the database and the keys are yours from the first day, and the documentation is written for whoever works on it next, even if that isn’t us. If you ever move on, give us 30 days’ notice and we hand over every login and document.

09 / After launch
We keep it running after launch
Software needs looking after once people depend on it. We host it, watch it, back it up, apply security updates and fix what breaks. We quote the monthly plan alongside the build, so you know what the software costs to run before you say yes. It keeps improving as the business changes.

What owners want to know first
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on how much the software has to do, so we price each build in writing before any work starts. The quote is fixed for the scope it describes, and if you want to change that scope, we quote the change in writing before we do it. The first conversation costs nothing.
How long does it take?
That depends on what the first piece has to do, so the written plan gives it a date before we start. We keep that first piece small on purpose, so you’re usually using it within 4 to 8 weeks, and larger systems grow from there in pieces you can use as they’re finished.
Why not buy something off the shelf?
Often you should, and we’ll say so. Custom software makes sense when the way you work is part of why customers choose you, when you’re paying for several apps that don’t talk to each other, or when your staff spend hours a week working around the tools.
Can you work with the system we already have?
Yes. We can build around it, connect to it, or replace it in stages and move its data across, checking every record before the old one is switched off.
Where does AI fit in?
Wherever it saves time and the quality holds. It takes the routine reading and drafting, such as sorting requests or writing the first version of a quote, and a person on your team approves anything that goes to a customer. More on our AI automation page.
What happens if something breaks?
We fix it. Software on a care plan is monitored, and the plan states how quickly we respond. When you call, you reach the people who built it.
What does your business run on today?
Tell us what you’re using now and where it slows you down, whether that’s one spreadsheet or the whole operation. We’ll tell you what we’d build first and what it would cost, and if an app you can buy today does the job, we’ll name it.
A person who builds here reads every message and replies within one business day.
