Contact Chicagoland Coders
Talk to us about anything, at any size.
It might be a new website, software built from the ground up, AI that takes the paperwork off your team, or the whole business at once. Tell us where things stand and we'll write back with what we'd do first, even when the honest answer is a $40-a-month app.
Some people write with a full brief and a deadline, and some write with one sentence and a feeling that something could run better. Either is a good start, because the first thing we do is ask questions.

What are you working on?
A few sentences is plenty. Tell us what the business does, what's getting in the way and anything you've already tried.
Rather talk first?
Pick a time on Ivaylo Guenkov's calendar and you'll speak with the person who'd build it. The call takes 30 minutes, and Calendly emails you the details.
Book a 30-minute callWhat happens after you send it
- 01
Someone who builds here reads it and replies within one business day, so the first reply comes from a person who could do the work.
- 02
We write back with what we'd do first. If we need to know more, we'll ask, and if a ready-made tool would do the job, we'll name it.
- 03
If it's worth a conversation, we book a free 30-minute working session, and you keep the written notes from it.
- 04
Before any work starts, you get a written plan and a fixed price for that scope. If the work needs to change, we quote the change in writing first, and nothing is billed until you agree to it.

How we work
We work one of two ways. If nobody in-house owns your technology or your marketing, we take both on as the CTO and CMO you haven't hired. If you have a marketing manager or IT staff, we work alongside them and add the senior capacity they need. Either way you deal with the people doing the work. If you ever leave, give us 30 days' notice and we hand over the logins and documentation for everything we made for you.
- 01The code, the accounts, the data and the keys are yours from day one.
- 02A fixed, written quote comes before any work.
- 03You talk to the person building it.
- 04Anything an AI system does is approved by a person on your team.
Questions people ask before writing
Is my project too small?
Probably not, so tell us anyway. If it’s a small job we’ll say so and price it, and if a $40-a-month app solves it, we’ll tell you which one.
What if I don’t know what I need?
Then tell us what’s bothering you. Working out what to build is part of the job, and it’s what the first conversation is for.
What does it cost?
That depends on the work, so you get a written price before anything starts.
Do you only work in Chicagoland?
No. We’re based in Evanston and work with businesses wherever they are, over video calls and shared documents.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
You’ll talk to someone who builds.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. We read what’s there first, tell you plainly what state it’s in, and then decide with you whether to repair it or rebuild it.
We're in Evanston, on the lake just north of Chicago, and we work with businesses here and anywhere a video call reaches.
